You can marry at the Courthouse, but....??? What you need to know about Courthouse weddings:

Procedure varies from county by county, but most are only performed Monday to Friday at a specific time of day, such as 4:30 PM. Never in the evening or on weekends. Only offered on a first come-first served basis, or only by appointment made 4-6 weeks ahead. And only two witnesses can attend; no other guests allowed. Don't you deserve better? Call us for a memorable, romantic wedding at the place and time of your choice at a very reasonable fee.

We offer elopement wedding ceremonies to couples who want a really simple, no frills, spur-of-the-moment, last minute wedding ceremony in a beautiful natural setting, indoor in our chapel or outdoors in the gardens.

DID YOU KNOW? Oregon will waive 3-day waiting period? Obtain license and marry on the same day. (Washington will NOT waive 3-day waiting period.)

We are located in Washington State, 20 miles east of Vancouver, WA, 9 miles east of Camas/Washougal, WA, and 30 miles from Portland, Oregon

Rate is the same on weekend days/holidays as it is on weekdays,  based on availability.

We come to your site to perform your ceremony at site of your choice in WASHINGTON or OREGON, even remote locations in nature.

Fee may be slightly higher than $175 based on time and distance for travel.

Rate is the same on weekend days/holidays as it is on weekdays based on availability.

We can suggest free places to marry in Portland, Vancouver, Skamania County, and the Columbia River Gorge.

7 Simple Steps to ELOPEMENT marriage ceremony:

  1. Call or email us to schedule your wedding ceremony

  2. Pay deposit to secure your wedding date and time

  3. Get marriage license 72 hours in advance of wedding ceremony in Washington. Or same day in Oregon. (Oregon will waive 3-day waiting period. Call County Marriage License office for information and instructions on process to follow.) Washington marriage license required for WA ceremony. Oregon marriage license required for OR ceremony. License can be issued by any County and is valid in any other County within the same state. WA or OR license is valid for 60 days from day of issue.

  4. Send us your full names to personalize the ceremony below

  5. Come here to marry at Quinn Mountain or we come to your site

  6. Sign marriage license in front of your two witnesses.
    (Or we can provide witnesses: $75 for two witnesses, $50 for one)

  7. We file marriage license with issuing County on the next business day after wedding ceremony
