WEDDING FEE SCHEDULE
Calculating your total wedding fee:
Use the
information below to estimate the full cost of your Quinn Mountain
wedding. Fees may be negotiable based on your ceremony preferences,
budget, wedding date, number of guests, etc. If you would like
something not listed on this, please ask, and we will do our best to
accommodate your request.
Want
to bring your own wedding elements?
We charge the same fee for the wedding cake
and toast, whether we provide them, or the couple brings their own
for the following reasons:

We do not add a separate facility
use fee, which is standard at most wedding venues.

Our use fee is built into each
separate element we provide, so couples only pay for the items
they select, making our services affordable for everyone, even
couples on very limited budgets.

A substantial cost for providing
wedding elements is in the serving amenities, including table,
linen, silver cake stand, silver knife and server, flower décor,
candles, silverware, bone china plates, napkins, etc. that
really enhance the experience and the photos.

We do NOT offer a flat
rental fee for couples who want an event facility only

impose additional fee of $50 for weddings starting more than 30
minutes late; or $100 for weddings starting more than 60 minutes
late. Time on site is calculated when bride, groom, and/or first
guests arrive onsite, even if arrival is ahead of designated arrival
time. Ending time is calculated when bride and groom, and or last
guests leave the premises. |
