Winter weddings: Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Oct, Nov, Dec. Summer weddings: May, Jun, July, Aug, Sept.

Additional Guests: Add up to 16 additional guests, (beyond bride, groom, 2 witnesses): $15 each guest, inc. children 1 year and older.

*Holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, April Fool's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, 10-10-10, Halloween Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

** Pre-ceremony site visits: Please note that our Weddings have two rates, and the higher one includes a pre-site visit, which is payable at the time of the site visit, whether or not the couple chooses to marry here.

This is because we do our best to keep our rates really affordable, and site visits require time, often as much time as the wedding itself.

It requires us to set aside a specific day and time, take a break from our essential farm chores to dress for visitors, devote at least 1 hour readying our facility and grounds for visitors, and spend 30-60 minutes the couple, even without a specific wedding consultation.  

We have many photos on our web sites, including our Bed & Breakfast site (and Family/Farm site (See links in signature below) so people can learn much about our offerings and property before deciding to book their wedding or B&B stay. In fact, about 90% of our guests arrive here without ever being here before, and everyone tells us that our property, B&B suites, and wedding venue is far more unique and beautiful that the photos. And they all love the garden railroad, and bears, too.

Site visit to Quinn Mountain can include:

• Providing information about the area, property, views, gardens, etc.

• Personalized, planning to explore options for your wedding

• Full tour to choose the setting for your wedding

• Help in creating a unique ceremony, including examples and samples

• Final estimate of fees if additional elements are requested

The stone patio and arbor by the Koi pond in Quinn Mountain's south garden with spectacular Gorge views is perfect for a summer wedding, and chapel is always available in case of rainy weather.
