  1. Planning by phone/email only;
    charge for pre-ceremony site visit

  2. Simple ceremony and vows

  3. Wedding officiant-minister

  4. Civil or religious ceremony

  5. Official license recorded

  6. Decorative copy of license

  7. Ring pillow (optional)

  8. Wedding couple & 2 witnesses.

  9. (Or witnesses provided; $50 each witness.)

  10. Charge for additional guests
